Itsy Bitsy Yoga ®
Join Monomoy staffer and certified Itsy Bitsy Yoga instructor Caroline McCutcheon for Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga and Tot Itsy Bitsy Yoga. Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga targets pre-crawling infants and includes a calming and nurturing yoga practice full of ways to enhance bonding and yoga postures designed specifically to support and soothe the development of a baby's body. The Tot Itsy Bitsy Yoga targets the "almost to just crawling" infant to 24 months and includes a fun-loving, supportive, and active yoga practice filled with dozens of yoga poses just for tots. At a time when children naturally become busier, this yoga class continues to strengthen parent/child bonding and helps tots feel happier and more confident in their moving bodies while encouraging their creative spirit. Registration is required.
